Alpine Shop spin Tuesday
Yes we are restarting our spin class tomorrow (Tuesday 1/22). The class begins at 7pm. You do need a bike and a trainer. I have 6 trainers to loan out. They are available on a first come basis. If you have questions, please call me at work 314-962-7715. See you tomorrow.
