- I have a baby boy, age 10 going on 40. A siamese cat named Bob, a beagle who lives with his dad named Igor Stravinsky.
Ive done a lot of running-14 ? marathons, including one ultra distance (50k, too much ADD for more Im afraid) a few trail, 3 Boston marathons, one international(Paris) now, Im slightly sick of training to that extent. enter cycling, it's new (sorta, began riding last summer) its fresh, its kicky. I've done a few duathlons/biathlons..no swim/bike/run events yet though as Im reallllly not a swimmer person.
- Favorite Music:
- Foo fighters..Incubus, Siguer Ross, Swans, Ben Folds. Iggy and the Stooges..Eno..Bowie of courzse, Deftones, Radiohead, all kinds of stuff,really.
- Where do you want to go on your bike? Place, goal...
- as long as I can smoke the dude that carries a radio in a little pouch on his bike on the Muller ride..if I'm with him its a bad day!! his taste in music sucks!!

My friend Val Strang has opened a personal fitness center downtown. Eventually this center is going to include rehab for cancer patients. She is looking for personal trainers. Would you be interested?

We're watching stage 1 in KC but leave for Memphis on Friday night and return Sun night (for our MS 150).
Ive got there really busy weekends in a row starting tomorrow!
