Sorry to hear you can't make it. I think we're going to do it, but I like to have the option of 1 weekend day to "hide" and sleep in.
I'm going to Durango, CO to visit my mom for her 50th Birthday! We were going to try to rent Mountain bikes but we'd only have a few hours to ride and it just isn't worth the expense and hassle.
Have a great time in Sedona/Grand canyon (take lots of pics!!!)

It was a nice ride - very hilly. I only completed the metric century - I was getting really crabby by that time. I thought it was really well organized and will try it again sometime. Did you ride the whole thing? How was the second part - looked like it was mostly in the St. Paul area.

Hey Teresa!
Nicole and Allsion also joined me on Monday. It was a really hard race. The course was challenging - false flat on back side of course, bumpy back side, and tighter corners...but enough excuses... :) We all got dropped and Nicole and Allison said 'forget this' and jumped out of the race...I kept going though. Did the last 20 mins or so by myself and suffered quietly. It was not nearly as fun as Friday, but I learned a lot. In the future, we need a team plan to help each other if more than 2 people fall off the back. Anyway, good learning experience for sure! Hope I can race w/ you again soon!
