- I started this whole thing with a lot of heart and passion about cycling in general, and now I still have a lot of heart and passion, but alot more people to share it with!!!
I ride for fun, I race for the thrill and accomplishment, I teach for the smiles brought to those when they accomplish their goals.
I hope to bring cycling for women in St. Louis to a new level, in all aspects.
In short: I ride a lot, I talk a lot, and I laugh alot!!! Enough said.

Thursday (11/08) morning at SIUE
Man, that was alot of fun!!!! The trails were perfect condition, and they just flowed on and on. Smooth roller coaster feel. The hills were small, only a few logs, and lots of little switchbacks. This is definately a place to learn how to handle your bike initially or to gain some fun fitness on your mountain bike.

i decided that i would do the spinnervals last night instead of the Wednesday night ride and I also dropped my bike off at Alpine after the ride for some routine maintenance. I have been meaning to get fit on my bike again (i've been have a good amount of knee pain and IT band pain when I try to ride hard and with consistent pedal strokes) so Traci is going to do a fit with me at 5:30 today and hopefully that will take care of some of the knee pain.
but i will miss you guys tonight, don't worry i've been working out, i've already run twice this week, swam once and biked once. no slacking here!
Dinner was fun too. It's nice to socialize. The upcoming happy hour will be good.
