you should come out this wednesday. we are losing daylight and before we know we won't be able to ride at night.
also, jamie and i are going to do the O'Fallon YMCA Biathlon on September 29th, if you would like to join us. The last sign up day is the 22nd and the cost is 15 for YMCA members and 20 for non members.

At 3:24pm on August 2, 2007, Ruth Galpin said…: Heather, my pleasure to add you as a friend. yeah, last night was way more challenging than I anticipated. the course definitely did not play up to any of my strengths, making me doubt if I have any.
i did two triathlons this past year, one in june and one in july. i really like them and think they are challenging in a really good way. luckily for me, swimming is probably my best sport with biking and running as average for me. I'll let you know about the biathlon.
It would be cool if you are able to come out on Saturday, it is a good ride. If not I'll see you next Wednesday for another dose of humility and exhaustion.

if you are interested a bunch of us are meeting up for the Maplewood ride on Manchester on Saturday at 7:30. we will do a 35 mile course. you are welcome to join us if interested.
