Ah, heck - must have been the gal in yellow that beat you. We were all hoping that you were the one & only winner! She was the only other one that looked like she could be 40. That was a tough course! I heard that of the 15 Cat 3 men (who had to do 2 laps), only 5 finished! I guess that once they lose the pack, they figure it's not worth it. They could take some lessons from a lowly masters woman! Could you imagine doing that twice? I looked at the course map, and I still haven't figured out what course we DNF's did!

So, did you win Masters Women? Woo hoo!! Congrats! Us 3 Team Rev girls, the Momentum girl and a 16-year-old boy all took a wrong turn at some point... We rode about 36 miles & realized we should be done & turned around & rode back several miles to the last turnoff. We met a sag truck, who told us that the end was 15 miles away. Well, we'd had enough by then & rode in with him (he'd already picked up the boy). Oh well! I had a good hard ride & a fun day! Several of us went into town for lunch & then I went to Chaumette Winery.
Did you end up riding by yourself after the group split up? That's hard - you rock!
